The Precision Viticulture course allows to explore the fundamentals of vine biology, vineyard practices, and the principles of precision viticulture, including vineyard variability, remote sensing, sensors, monitoring systems, and data-driven management approaches. Participants will get familiar with the practical case studies of the usage of digital tools and intelligent systems and the advanced applications such as precision irrigation, plant monitoring, nutrient management or disease management.
